We Except Returns With Open Heart

Our refund and returns policy last 24 hours from the product is delivered. We are into the business of toys and offer check warranty and damage warranty.  If 24 hours have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the toy is used by the kid and the packaging is torn.

Return Must Be In New Box Packed Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Toys Exempted From Being Returned

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Like bubble liquids, swimming pools, tents, helicopters, drones, inflatable items, etc. (The reason for their exemption is that they can be damaged if used the wrong way).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the company.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/WhatsApp or a phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or wallet within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
